As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a Senior Commercial Strategy Manager to help shape the future of our Consumer business.In this key role, you’ll lead strategic projects that drive growth, improve performance, and unlock new opportunities across our core Fixed and Mobile services. You'll bring strong analytical thinking, a collaborative approach, and a passion for solving complex business challenges.  1. Analytical approach. You have hands-on financial-model-building and deep Excel expertise that turn numbers into clear insight
 2. Structured problem solver with a discernment for business. You can frame and bring structure to large, complex, or ambiguous problems. You understand the implications for the business and for individuals.
 3. Problem solver. You can identify the key issues that impact business decisions and have excellent analytical skills to drive insights. You can interpret data ranging from customer surveys to cash flow statements.
 4. Disciplined project manager. You are always thinking a few steps ahead, laying out thoughtful and achievable project plans. You understand how to engage others and what information and data you need to achieve your goals.
 5. Independent doer. You desire a high level of responsibility and can work with minimal supervision. You are comfortable working in a high-intensity environment.
 6. Professional experience and exposure to consulting / strategy / commercial desired at Manager level.

 7. Great communicator. You are able to build a compelling story with clear and visually appealing slides to actively involve senior collaborators. You can articulate complex messages in a clear manner. You can tailor the message to your audience to onboard teams with different priorities.
 8. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 9. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and determined with a strong work ethic.
 10. Commitment to team play.
