Engineering Recruitment Consultant

Day-to-day of the role:
* Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Source and screen candidates for various Engineering roles, ensuring a good match between client requirements and candidate skills.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a high level of service and repeat business.
* Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to the success of the team.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and use this knowledge to inform your recruitment strategies.
* Participate in networking events to expand your professional contacts and promote Reed Engineering's services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential.
