What you will do
* Lead the planning and execution of facility installations for new model introductions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to manufacturing strategies.
* Develop detailed facility timing plans and layout designs to accommodate new and modified facilities.
* Prepare technical specifications and manage supplier selection, fostering strong vendor relationships.
* Monitor and track costs, ensuring projects align with budgetary targets.
* Drive quality and efficiency targets, implementing reliability and preventative maintenance principles.
* Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues, represent the department in high‑level meetings, and champion virtual build events.
What you will bring
* A solid understanding of NEBOSH and Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations.
* Proven experience in project and budgetary management within a manufacturing environment.
* A track record of managing multiple facility suppliers and delivering concurrent projects.
* Expertise in product development, including the use of virtual toolsets.
* A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred).
