They already have recognised brands, established national retail relationships and strong international reach. The focus now is building a more strategic, FMCG-style sales capability with stronger JBPs, sharper commercial thinking and more disciplined account development.
They’re looking for a commercially sharp National Account Manager who wants more influence than a typical “manage the account” role offers.
You’ll work across major retail customers, helping shape growth plans, strengthen partnerships and drive a more data-led, strategic way of selling across the business.
This will suit someone who:

* is commercially curious and growth-minded
* wants to help shape how a business evolves commercially
Backgrounds could include:
* FMCG
* branded consumer goods
* grocery, discounters or major retail accounts
* existing NAM or strong NAE stepping up
What’s on offer:
* up to £50,000 base salary
* Bonus up to 50%
