Aircraft Interiors Sales Manager – Europe

Salary: £70,000 – £95,000 (DOE) Bonus Benefits

Location: Remote (with regular travel across Europe)

ReeVR Talent are proud to partner with a market-leading business within the Aircraft Interiors sector to recruit an experienced Aircraft Interiors Sales Manager (Europe).

The Role

As Aircraft Interiors Sales Manager, you will take the lead in delivering strategic growth across key accounts and new business channels. You’ll develop and execute sales plans that strengthen the company’s position within the UK and European aviation supply chain with a strong emphasis on customer-centricity, innovation, and sustainable business growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing, Innovation, and Technical teams to ensure seamless integration of commercial and technical objectives, driving profitability and diversifying the customer base.

Key Responsibilities for the Aircraft Interiors Sales Manager

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions.
Lead negotiations and manage complex tender and procurement processes.
Enhance sales efficiency and customer contact through effective use of CRM systems.
Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and market analysis.

The appointed Aircraft Interiors Sales Manager will need to have the following requirements for the role;

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role within the aircraft interiors sector.
At least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in a competitive commercial environment.
A strong understanding of the global aircraft interiors landscape.
Demonstrable success in increasing market share and achieving demanding targets.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and tender processes.
A collaborative approach with strong influencing and communication skills.
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the drive to deliver results
