As our Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our Hotel restaurant, Cafe Football, working alongside the management team to make sure everything from service to setup is delivered to the highest standard. You’ll be hands-on on the floor, leading by example, supporting and developing the team, and keeping the energy high during busy service times. You’ll be the person who makes sure guests feel welcomed, looked after, and leave wanting to come back again. That means staying on top of standards, tackling any issues with confidence, and always finding ways to go the extra mile.
