We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and professional New/Used Car Sales Executive to join their renowned dealership in Cheltenham. Duties
* Sell new and used cars, alongside add‑ons, accessories, finance, insurance products, and warranties
* Build and maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process
* Keep customers informed on delivery status and resolve queries promptly
* Collect payment and ensure all financial transactions are completed efficiently
* Demonstrate vehicle features, explain warranty and service arrangements
* Introduce customers to the Service Department and provide after‑sales support
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge
* Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism within the dealership as part of the New/Used Car Sales Executive duties
Requirements
* Current or recent experience as a Car Sales Executive or within the motor trade is essential for the New/Used Car Sales Executive position
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
* Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Cheltenham
* A genuine passion for automotive sales and delivering excellent customer service
* Confidence in explaining vehicle features, financing options, and warranty details
* An ambitious mindset with a results‑driven approach necessary for the New/Used Car Sales Executive position
* Experience working with premium or prestige car brands is advantageous but not essential
