Location: Mytholmroyd (Applicants must be based in Calderdale or Todmorden)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £25,000 per year (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

The Role
We’re looking for a positive, people-focused individual to join our welcoming team in Mytholmroyd!
You’ll be taking care of our existing customers, helping with their orders and queries, and reaching out to previous clients to see how we can support them again.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, being organised, and wants to build their skills in customer service and business development.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Building friendly relationships with existing customers
• Checking in with past clients and reactivating old accounts
• Reaching out to new contacts with confidence and warmth
• Learning about our products and services so you can offer great advice
• Keeping notes, updating records, and helping the team stay organised
About You
• Friendly, confident, and happy to chat with customers over the phone and email
• Motivated and eager to learn new skills
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
• A positive team player with a “can-do” attitude
• Some customer service or admin experience would be great — but full training will be provided
