Your newpany is an established international Lloyd’s broker based in the City of London is seeking a Financial Lines Claims Broker to join its claims team. This opportunity would suit a claims professional with 2–5 years’ experience handling Financial Lines claims, particularly within Financial Institutions (FI) and/or BBB business, who is looking to progress within a market-facing and technically strong environment.
Your new roleIn this position, you will be responsible for supporting the handling of Financial Lines claims from notification through to settlement. The role involves assisting with coverage analysis, documentation review and insurer engagement, while working closely with brokers, underwriters, clients and external advisors across the London Market.
You will also ensure claims are managed accurately and in line with market best practice, regulatory requirements and internal procedures, while gaining exposure to a varied and technically engaging portfolio of FI and BBB claims.
What you’ll need to succeedTo be considered, you will have between 2 and 5 years’ experience handling Financial Lines claims, ideally within the London Market or a Lloyd’s environment, with exposure to FI and/or BBB business.
You will be organised, detail-focused and confident,municating with a range of stakeholders, demonstrating a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a claims team.
