An exciting role has arisen for a Property Manager for our established Company. Duties include liaising with freeholders, residents and contractors, arranging repairs, managing maintenance projects, preparing service charge budgets, ensuring compliance with leases, legislation and health and safety, attending evening meetings, visiting developments throughout the South-East.
This is a fast paced, demanding environment for a dynamic and proactive individual. The successful candidate will possess high levels of concentration, accuracy and attention to detail. They will be self-motivated, organised and possess an ability to prioritise. Excellent customer service skills are required together with experience of chairing meetings. A high level of competence in written and spoken English and maths is expected. Full knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary. Own transport and a full driving license is essential.
