We are recruiting a full-time Residential Care Worker to join our children's homes based in Burnley, East Lancashire.
Life Change Care offers a therapeutic environment for young people aged 10-17 upon admission, in a home which can accommodate up to 4 young people. As a Residential Care Worker, you will be part of the team providing a supportive, nurturing environment that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. You will support our young people through day-to-day needs, participate in activities, and celebrate milestones. You will be part of an established team providing the care and support needed to turn children's lives around.
We are looking for people who want to make a difference to young people and who are patient and resilient when times are challenging.
Full Driving UK Driving Licence (desirable)
• Due to the age of our young people, you must be over the age of 21 to apply for this role
5 hours per week on a rota basis, this includes weekend, evenings and sleep ins
