Join Trowers and Hamlins as a Legal Assistant. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative help to our Corporate team in the London office. The Role
The Legal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team.
1. Manage filing and file management, including opening and closing files
2. Maintain electronic filing and document management systems
3. Support fee earners with billing, credit control, and time recording
4. Handle documentation for client account payments and compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
5. Compile and manage PDF documents, data-rooms, and electronic storage
6. Conduct legal research and manage document scheduling
7. Provide administrative support, including scanning, photocopying, and printing
The Candidate
8. The ideal candidate for the Legal Assistant, Corporate role should possess the following:
9. Exceptional client service skills
10. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
11. Strong confidentiality and discretion
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
13. Previous administrative experience is desirable
14. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
15. Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
