Job responsibilities To interpret national and local policy and strategy relating to clinical psychology and specialist psychological therapies in the context of NHFTs service development and delivery. The post holder will be responsible for policy and service development and implementation for psychological therapies and psychology-led teams across the Directorate. In liaison with clinical and operational leads, undertake such performance measures, survey, audit and research activities as are necessary to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of clinical psychology and specialist psychological therapies against agreed outcome and activity goals. To work as a key member of the Directorate Management Team (DMT) and Clinical Executive, working with senior operational and clinical colleagues to ensure the overall governance, quality and safety of all services provided with the Directorate as a whole.
