Key responsibilities Plan and deliver sequenced Year 4 lessons that build knowledge, fluency and application. Use assessment effectively to identify next steps and deliver targeted small-group support. Work with colleagues to moderate outcomes and refine medium-term plans across KS2. Communicate progress clearly to parents and contribute to reporting and review cycles. Support whole-school enrichment and pastoral priorities. Person specification Qualified teacher with recent KS2 experience and strong Year 4 classroom practice. Secure subject knowledge in English and mathematics and confident curriculum planning. Excellent classroom routines, strong organisation and effective communication skills. Collaborative, reflective and committed to the school community in Manchester.
