To continue our success, we are seeking an experienced Support Specialist who can professionally resolve all customer requests.
Your role as one of our Support Specialists will be to provide high quality support for our customers and help us to drive our customer success strategy. You will be working in a collaborative team and supporting requests generated via telephone and emails using our ticket management system.
As a Support Specialist you will liaise with clients following the purchase of software packages to collect data and other information required to customize the software systems.
