As the company has grown we are now recruiting for a new role within the network of services across Sussex.
This will be a floating position working across all West Sussex locations in the group.
It will also include working outreach hours supporting people from their own home to access the community, activities, travel training and sourcing enriching opportunities.

· This position would need you to be a car driver with full UK licence, have use of a car and be able to provide us with business use insurance
· You would need to be flexible as there will not be a fixed rota, however this is a full-time position with 42 hours per week and overtime may be available too, so hours will be available but not fixed.
· You will also be available at short notice if needed
· You will be paid mileage at 45 pence/mile for outreach if working between locations on the same day and this will be calculated from head office to the work location (Paid monthly)
· If you do outreach you will also be paid travel time
· It will include a variety of shifts including days and wakes
Essential qualities required alongside care experience: enthusiasm, reliability, adaptability and creativity.
* Experience in care work for a minimum of 2 years essential.
* DBS Application paid for.
