The main purpose of this role is to be the go-to person for customers, liaising with claimants, clients and third parties and assessing customers' needs and requests before ensuring the best course of action. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £29,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus up to 28 days holiday + bank holidays (rises with length of service), additional day off for your birthday, onsite gym, fitness classes and wellbeing support, plus more!
