3. Daily bank reconciliations
4. Preparation of journal entries for month end
5. Process monthly expenses
6. Monthly balance sheet
7. Assist with year-end audit deliverables
8. Intercompany reconciliations
9. Fixed assets and depreciation posting
10. Processing weekly ad hoc payments
11. Working closely with the commercial team and wider stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
12. A relevant numerate degree - Essential
13. Or Studying towards AAT Qualification - Essential
14. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
15. Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
16. Have the desire to become a Qualified Accountant - Essential
