About the role (Hybrid) We’re looking for a CRM Solutions Manager (Salesforce) to design, build, and own Skyscanner’s new Salesforce platform — starting within the Advertising business and expanding across wider commercial teams in time. You’ll act as the product owner for Salesforce, responsible for system setup, optimisation, and adoption. The role bridges Sales, RevOps, and Finance, ensuring Salesforce supports ad sales, campaign delivery, and billing workflows. While not a developer role, you’ll collaborate with internal tech teams and partners to evolve the system, manage integrations, and deliver scalable improvements. What you’ll be doing Salesforce Administration & Enablement Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and permissions for Ads. Manage user access, onboarding, and data hygiene. Drive adoption through training, playbooks, and ongoing support. Process Ownership & Governance Define and document best-practice workflows for Sales and RevOps. Monitor adoption and proactively resolve friction points. Maintain consistent, high-quality data across clients, campaigns, and revenue. Integrations & Data Flow Partner with RevOps and Engineering to connect Salesforce with: Ad-serving and campaign-delivery platforms Revenue management and forecasting tools Billing and reconciliation systems Ensure unified identifiers across clients, campaigns, and invoices. Roadmap & Stakeholder Management Own the Salesforce roadmap for Ads — prioritising enhancements, automation, and adoption. Gather, assess, and deliver feature requests from Sales, RevOps, and Finance. Work closely with internal tech teams and external Salesforce partners on delivery. Reporting & Insights Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, revenue, and performance. Align reporting standards with BI and Finance for data consistency. About you Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Product Owner, or CRM Solutions Manager. Strong understanding of sales processes, campaign management, and revenue workflows. Experience integrating Salesforce with finance or delivery systems. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Analytical and process-driven, with strong attention to data quality.
