Are you a caring, creative, and qualified early years practitioner looking to join a truly child-centred nursery?
Toddletown Farnham is a beautifully renovated setting just minutes from Farnham train station, offering a warm, home-like environment where children are free to explore, play, and learn at their own pace. With our OFSTED Outstanding rating and bespoke "Where Children Shine" curriculum, we're proud to put children's interests and emotional wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
We're now looking for Level 2 or Level 3 qualified practitioners to join our welcoming team and help shape magical early experiences for our children.
Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner at Toddletown, you'll be part of a passionate team that values curiosity, creativity, and connection.
* Support children's development from birth to five through tailored planning, play-based learning, and nurturing care.
* Deliver enriching activities that reflect each child's interests and developmental needs.
* Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child's journey.
* Collaborate with your room team to create a safe, organised, and joyful environment.
* Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards with confidence and care.
Whether you're working in our cosy baby room, our lively toddler rooms, or our adventurous preschool building with free-flow access to the garden, you'll be part of a setting where children are truly allowed to be themselves.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking practitioners who embody our SHINE values—Support, Honesty, Inspiration, Nurturing, and Empowerment—and bring warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism to their role.
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
* A commitment to safeguarding and emotional wellbeing
* Creativity, initiative, and a genuine love for working with children
* Previous nursery experience is a plus, but we welcome all qualified candidates who share our passion
