WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
* Provide fleet management support for the VWG demonstrator fleets across the 5 brands & NLC
* Proactively manage the fleets to ensure efficient in-fleeting and defleeting in line with brand requirements
* Conduct detailed analysis of wave planning recommendations for presentation at monthly brand meetings
* Maintain annual budget trackers and activity forecasts aligned with brand planning
* Order and register vehicles for the brand
* Manage V5 documentation
* Update the brands throughout the month to meet ordering, registration, and deflate targets on time
* Collaborate with GBA to push cars through PDI to avoid delays or shortfalls in brand targets
* Use monthly and weekly reports to analyze fleet trends and ensure data integrity, striving for continuous improvement and sharing best practices
* Support the Demo Customer Services Manager with projects and initiatives for effective program management
* Manage P/O processes, ensuring appropriate cover, approval, and payment of invoices
* Prepare and present monthly review meetings with the brands
