Founded in 2020, Nutrition Geeks is one of the fastest-growing CPG brands in the UK, on track to do nine figures revenue in 2025. Since our launch weve quickly gained a significant foothold in the UK supplements market, from being the top selling supplement brand on both TikTok Shop and Amazon UK, to a website thats growing 2000% year over year. Were now gearing up for our next level of growth as we build a team of A+ players to help cement Nutrition Geeks as a global leader in the health and supplement space.
This presents an extraordinary opportunity to drive our Amazon strategy for a category-defining brand with global ambitions. As the first Amazon hire, reporting directly to the founder, you'll optimise listings, spearhead advertising campaigns, and unlock new growth opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve. You will also have access and opportunity to build relationships with senior management contacts within Amazon globally. For the right person, this represents a genuine career-defining opportunity.
Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon strategy to boost sales, rankings, and brand presence across the UK and beyond
Enhance product pages with A+ content & SEO optimised listing copy to maximise organic and paid traffic
Manage and scale Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to drive ROI and dominate search results
Enhancing our current data system to analyse sales, traffic, consumer purchase behaviour and campaign data to spot trends & optimise performance
Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align Amazon efforts with inventory and broader brand goals
Own relationships with key Amazon account managers and tech providers to maximise platform opportunities
3+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts for e-commerce brands (nutrition/wellness experience a bonus)
~ Proven track record of scaling sales on Amazon in a competitive category
~ Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, PPC advertising, and SEO best practices
~ Strong analytical mindset with ability to dive deep into data for smarter decisions
~ A passion for e-commerce and health/wellness is a plus
~ Rewarding base salary + performance-based bonus (uncapped, with HUGE earning potential)
