What you’ll do
You will join the Jacobs Graduate Development Programme and work on world-class projects as part of our Tunnelling and Ground Engineering business. You’ll be part of a diverse, highly skilled team providing support and advice to Jacobs and clients. The programme is on-the-job focused, with opportunities to take on a broad range of responsibilities within the Tunnelling and Ground Engineering team to develop your career. The start date for this position is September 2026.
As part of the opportunity, you may contribute to projects that involve characterising subsurface sites, defining ground conditions for major infrastructure projects, and applying geological and geotechnical data to solve ground-related problems.
What you’ll need
* Be working towards a Masters level qualification in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or similar
* A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward
* Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things
* You must have the permanent right to work in the UK
