We're partnering with a well-established and ambitious organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making and delivering people solutions that support business success.
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the people agenda across a diverse and operational workforce. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring people initiatives align with business objectives while creating a positive and high-performing culture.
This is a broad and varied role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, organisational development, talent management, reward, engagement, compliance and workforce planning.
