Role Description
This is a full-time mobile role for an IT Support Technician working in schools in the Essex area. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, printer support, and computer repair on a day-to-day basis. This is a field-based role; hence, a valid UK driving licence and your own car are essential. In addition, as the role includes working in the Education Sector, an Enhanced DBS check will be carried out.
Qualifications
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
* Desktop Computers and Printer Support experience
* Computer Repair knowledge
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills
* CompTIA A+ certification is a plus
* Experience working in a similar role, and managing Google Workspace
* IT-related degree or certification
Salary
£26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
