Salary: £60,000 £72,000 + benefits

Are you an experienced social work manager ready to step up into a senior leadership role?
Were seeking a Head of Fostering to lead a skilled and passionate team of operations managers, social workers, and support staff ensuring children and young people in our care can reach their full potential.
Youll oversee the performance of the region, drive operational excellence, maintain strong financial results, and deliver on the organisations business plan.
Working closely with senior leadership, youll be a people person who manages in a therapeutic and supportive way, bringing out the best in your team.

Requirements
* Social Work degree
* Valid driving licence and ability to travel across the region
* Proven experience leading a social work team in fostering or similar services
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to work towards KPIs in growth, carer recruitment, and retention
Full-time, permanent role with a well-established independent fostering agency.
