MBL Operations Manager
15 Month Fixed Term Contract (January 2026 - March 2027)
MBL is a market-leading platform gift card technology and services provider, working with some of the largest retailers in the UK. At MBL Solutions we don’t just provide market-leading technology solutions, we take time to learn about our clients and their customers.
MBL are looking for an Operations Manager to support the Head of Operations & MBL Operations Team. You will report into the Head of Operations who will give full training alongside the existing Operations Manager for the first month, but it would be great if you have already worked in a customer service and have some management experience.
Support to deliver operational plan which puts customers and commercial success at the hear of all you do
Work closely with the Commercial / Finance / IT / Marketing teams to ensure Customer queries are resolved within the specified SLA
Experience handling customer complaints / escalations
Understanding of gift card platforms
Ability to deal with financial and technical customer queries
Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
