Overview
We are seeking a Restaurant Manger to join our small team at our 32 seater restaurant in the heart of Knutsford Cheshire. The ideal candidate will help oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth service flow. Good wine knowledge is essential.
4 Day week, Sunday -Tuesday off
Easter, Summer and Christmas off as holidays.
You MUST have a visa too work in the UK
Duties
* Assist in training new team members
* Ensure efficient seating and service of guests
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas
* Collaborate with kitchen staff for a seamless service
* Uphold food safety standards and regulations
* Manage reservations and booking system
* Pair all wine tastings
Skills
* Experience in restaurant operations, including supervising roles
* Knowledge of kitchen operations and food production
* Proficiency in food safety practices
* Familiarity with bar procedures
* Strong team management skills to lead and motivate staff
* WSET level 2 or above
