Sales Development Manager - Marine & Offshore
The Role involves developing and executing sales strategies to grow the business in the marine & offshore markets. This includes identifying new business opportunities, researching and targeting new customers, and working closely with Internal Sales Engineers to provide leads and support.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, end users, and Contractors
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Work closely with Internal Sales Engineers to provide leads and support
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies

Requirements:
* Strong field sales experience in a B2B specification sales role
* Track record of dealing with M&E Consultants, EPCs, and Main Contractors
* A good understanding of the entire sales process from spec to close
* An understanding of the marine/naval sectors &/or the offshore oil & gas markets in the UK
* Full UK driving license
* A Mechanical Engineering background would be preferred
* Excellent communication skills
Benefits:
* Base Salary: £50,000-55,000 DOE
* Bonus: 30%-40% of basic salary, paid quarterly
