Responsibilities
* Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties.
* Generate and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate offers between all parties.
* Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
* Display excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
* Industry experience is ideal; however, as full training will be provided we will consider suitable transferrable skills in customer service and sales environments.
* It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Remuneration & Benefits
* On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* First few months guaranteed commission pay.
* 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
