* Work closely with our Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes across our bistro and à la carte menus.
* Take charge of your designated section, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
* Collaborate with the team to create new and exciting menu items.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
* Help to train and mentor junior chefs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
* Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising quality.
* A strong team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
