Care Assistant (Nights)

Aurem Care is looking for compassionate and trustworthy Care Assistants to work nights. The role involves providing personal and social care, using our electronic care platform “Nourish”, working within a team, and performing ad‑hoc duties as needed.
Responsibilities
* Caring and supporting residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
* Providing personal care, social support and creating heart‑warming memories.
* Ensuring resident needs are met using the electronic care platform “Nourish”.
* Working within a committed team.
* Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
* Completing ad‑hoc duties to meet service delivery for residents.
Qualifications & Skills
* Enthusiastic about providing care.
* Great values and compassion for supporting people.
* Experience is an advantage but not required; full support and training will be provided.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
* Engages well with people we support to continue their interests and create positive experiences.

* Full or part‑time contracts available.
* Hourly rate: £13.45 per hour.
* Flexible hours – 22, 33 or 44 hours per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank options also available).
* Hours: 8pm – 8am.
