Provide first class customer service to all members and guests, dealing with their requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Dealing with bookings via phone and e-mail. Managing golf tee times, dinner reservations, transport and shipments. Completing procedures when members/guests check in and check out .
Must be a self motivated team player with a passion for excellent customer services with an ability to multi-task and have good time managements skills. All candidates must have a full driving license to transport members and guests when required. Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills with a high standard of trouble shooting during reactive tasks.
Knowledge of golf & hospitality is preferred with a willingness to go above and beyond.
