In this role, you will take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, including fit-outs, refurbishments, and reactive maintenance works. Working as part of a close-knit commercial team, you will support all aspects of the commercial function, from cost management to subcontractor engagement. The position offers a flexible hybrid working model, with regular site visits to ensure project delivery is aligned with commercial objectives.The ideal candidate will have a background in Quantity Surveying, with experience in either fit-out, refurbishment, or reactive maintenance projects. * Provide contractual advice to the business and project team
* Cost planning, budget estimating, and monitoring actual costs against budget
* Effectively communicate with PM, Site based teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered to requirements
* Assist other departments as and when required
* Office based in Hemel Hempstead, with travel to site & work from home available after 3 months
The Person:
* Quantity Surveyor with experience in commercial construction projects - Fit Out, Refurbishment, Reactive Maintenance
* Self-motivated and looking to progress your career
* Full UK Driving License
