They will help to facilitate and encourage a learning environment, which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential and have a positive school experience. About you: You will demonstrate: • A good understanding of safeguarding within an educational setting or transferable knowledge of safeguarding. • Experience of developing and maintaining good relationships with students and having appropriate contact with families and carers of children. • A keen interest in working with children and young people and a commitment to improving the life chances of students. • Commitment to continuous improvement through professional development, self-evaluation, and awareness.
