About the Role
We’re looking for a multi-talented Intermediate Designer to lead the charge on ad creative and visual storytelling across paid and organic content. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes design, understands what performs in the digital space, and has a real passion for the world of beauty.
You’ll be designing everything from high-converting Meta ads to campaign visuals and TikTok edits. You’ll collaborate closely with the Founder, our Performance Marketing Manager, and a growing internal creative and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Creative Production
* Design high-performing static and video ads for Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and more
* Repurpose existing content into fresh, performance-driven assets
* Work with the team to iterate on winning creatives and scale what's working
Organic & Social Content
* Edit engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Pinterest)
* Support visual storytelling for new launches, trends, and behind-the-scenes content
Ecommerce Visuals
* Retouch product photos and swatches
* Create on-brand imagery for the website
Campaign Design
* Support large campaign launches (e.g. Halloween, Black Friday, seasonal drops)
* Assist with moodboard creation and visual direction
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in a design role
* Proven experience designing ad creatives and social content
* For Statics Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator),
* For Video Proficient in either PremierePro or DaVinci Resolve
* Strong aesthetic sense, with attention to detail and trend fluency
* Self-starter with initiative, someone who can bring ideas, not just execute them
* Beauty or ecommerce industry experience preferred
* A genuine passion for makeup and beauty is non-negotiable
