Are you a confident communicator who loves building relationships and guiding others through important decisions? A leading independent college in London is looking for a student-focused and innovative Student Recruitment Officer/Admissions Officer to join their growing team. This role is based in their lovely office in central London, with around 40 days holiday, pension, gym membership, lots of staff discounts and events and a really close, collaborative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in admissions, marketing, or student recruitment who’s passionate about connecting with people and supporting ambitious students on their educational journey.
🔹 What You’ll Do
* Be the first point of contact for prospective students, families, and educational agents.
* Manage the full admissions process — from initial enquiry to enrolment.
* Build lasting relationships and provide a first-class experience throughout.
* Support events such as open days, tours, and school visits.
* Collaborate with marketing to enhance outreach and engagement.
* Maintain accurate data and ensure smooth communication across teams.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
* Background in admissions, sales, marketing, or customer relationship management (bonus if from independent education).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Confident, proactive, and people-focused approach.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
* A positive, solutions-driven mindset and team spirit.
* Additional languages are a bonus
