Role Overview
The Area Consult Manager is responsible for driving product specification and securing project opportunities across the North/East region. The role focuses on influencing architects, specifiers, main contractors, and fabricators to ensure products are specified and tracked from concept through to order.
The position requires strong commercial awareness, proactive project tracking, and effective relationship management to deliver agreed sales targets and regional growth.
Key Responsibilities

* Secure product specification with architects, consultants, and specifiers across the East Midlands region.
* Track projects efficiently from early design stage through to order placement.
* Target and engage main contractors to secure open specification projects.
* Identify and support ongoing project opportunities for approved fabricators nationwide.
* Build and maintain strong relationships within the construction and architectural sectors.
