Digital Online Sales Specialist Renault, Dacia & Alpine Location: Bury St Edmunds, Colchester or Ipswich (some hybrid considered) Hours: Full-time About the Role John Banks Group is expanding its Digital Sales & Customer Success team within the Marketing Division. This role is central to managing online enquiries, improving lead quality, and converting digital interest into showroom appointments and sales across Renault, Dacia, and Alpine. You’ll handle enquiries from first response through to qualified test drive or handover, working closely with on-site sales teams using Microsoft 365 and Pinnacle CRM systems. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to all digital enquiries across Renault, Dacia & Alpine Qualify leads, issue quotes and guideline valuations Arrange and confirm test drives and appointments Accurately log all activity within Pinnacle CRM/DMS Collaborate with showroom teams during negotiation and follow-up stages Support a smooth, transparent customer journey from enquiry to order Assist with post-sale follow-up to encourage retention and satisfaction About You Strong communication and organisational skills Confident managing multiple enquiries across digital platforms Accurate keyboard and data-entry skills Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) CRM experience preferred (Pinnacle advantageous) Automotive, digital sales, or customer success experience beneficial Ideal Candidate Sales or customer-facing experience (retail or automotive preferred) Passion for the motor industry and customer experience Confident communicator via phone, email, chat, and video Strong time management and attention to detail IT-literate and quick to learn dealership systems Full UK driving licence Based near Colchester, Ipswich, or Bury St Edmunds What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-related bonus Pension & salary sacrifice schemes Death in Service benefit Cycle to Work scheme Staff discounts on vehicles, servicing & parts Optional company rental vehicle Discounted healthcare options PPE provided Ongoing training and development Supportive, inclusive team environment Equality & Inclusion John Banks Group is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified candidates.
