Job Description
1. Assist with securities enforcement and investigations, including regulatory inquiries and enforcement actions.
2. Provide legal analysis and advice on securities-related matters to clients in the professional services industry.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including memoranda, correspondence, and motions.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case management and client communication.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of securities laws and regulations to provide informed counsel.
7. Participate in client meetings and provide clear, professional guidance.
8. Work closely with senior attorneys to support litigation and regulatory defense efforts.
