About the Opportunity
Juniper Horizons are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, family-run hotel located in the stunning surroundings of North Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate and dedicated kitchen team in a high-quality hospitality environment known for its exceptional standards and warm, personal service.
The Roles
Sous Chef
* Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
* Oversee daily kitchen operations and service
* Assist with menu development and seasonal dishes
* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Train and mentor junior chefs
Chef de Partie
* Take ownership of a designated section within the kitchen
* Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
* Support the wider team during busy service periods
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a quality hotel or restaurant environment
* Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and high standards
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
