* Support marketing initiatives through presentations, articles, and client engagement.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
1. What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in medical device design and development, ideally within a consultancy setting.
* Strong experience applying CAE tools and advanced engineering techniques to medical products.
* Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Design Engineering (1st or Upper 2nd class) or equivalent.
* Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing processes such as injection moulding.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
* Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to work on-site at our Warwick studio.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
2. What We Offer:
* Opportunity to lead world-class projects for global medical and scientific brands.
* Work alongside industry experts to create innovative, high-performance products.
* Career development through structured training and mentoring programs.
* Involvement in projects from early concept stages through to market launch.
* A collaborative environment where your ideas and leadership make a tangible impact.
