I'm looking for a fast-moving builder who can take loose ideas and turn them into functional tools, systems, and databases using Claude, Google Workspace, and Slack. This is a thought partner role as much as an execution role. You'll help shape what we're building, not just follow a spec.
What you'll be doing:
I'll come to you with rough concepts, half-baked ideas, or problems that need a solution. Your job is to take those and quickly build something real: interactive tools and apps in Claude (artifacts, prompt chains, structured workflows), databases, dashboards, and operational systems in Google Sheets/Docs, and Slack workflows, automations, and integrations that keep things moving. You won't have access to internal systems, so you'll build independently and transfer finished work. Speed matters. We can iterate together, but the first version should be solid, logical, and well thought through.

You think fast and ship faster. You hear a loose idea and your brain immediately starts architecting a solution. You pressure-test your own logic before handing anything off, making sure the structure is sound, the phrasing is tight, and it actually works the way it should. You're fluent enough in Claude to push its capabilities to the limit and know how to validate solutions even in tools you're still learning.
You're a strong fit if you:
Have deep, hands-on experience building with Claude, including artifacts, structured outputs, and multi-step workflows
Can work across Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides to create systems and databases, not just documents
Have experience designing Slack workflows and automations, or are resourceful enough to figure them out quickly using AI tools
Thrive with ambiguity and can turn a rough direction into a working prototype fast
Are a strong independent thinker who can push back, suggest better approaches, and act as a real thought partner
QA your own work thoroughly so deliverables land close to final on the first pass
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
