We're looking for a hands-on Chef/Kitchen Manager to run the newly refurbished café in Bristol - an exciting venue with a unique setting and a consistent, daytime-only schedule.
The Offer:
* Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
* Full-time, permanent role with structured day shifts
* Weekend availability needed - but no late nights

The Role:
You'll lead the kitchen operation day-to-day - menu delivery, prep, service, and managing the small team around you. It's fresh, simple food done well - from soups and sandwiches to more creative dishes and sweet bakes, with plenty of input into seasonal ideas.
What You'll Need:
* Solid kitchen experience - ideally in a café or casual dining setting
* Confident managing a team and overseeing smooth daily service
* Knowledge of food safety, cost control, and stock management
* Calm under pressure, organised, and genuinely proud of what you put on the plate
* Must be available weekends and bank holidays - no evenings
