This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking pharmacist who wants to play a key role in developing pharmacy services within a supportive primary care environment.

As the Clinical Pharmacist you’ll work closely with GPs and wider healthcare professionals to improve medicines optimisation, patient outcomes, and overall service delivery.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with no weekend working.
Hours can be flexible depending on your requirements.

Person Specification
* GPhC-registered pharmacist
* Independent Prescribing qualification (desirable)
* CPPE pathway (desirable)
* Experience in clinical settings such as GP/PCN or hospital (desirable)
* Confident, proactive and patient-focused approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
