We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead Podiatrist with expertise in musculoskeletal practice, high-risk foot care and nail surgery to join the multidisciplinary clinic based within the University of Northampton clinical setting. This key post combines direct patient care with leadership in clinical education, supporting the development of podiatry students and early-career practitioners in a teaching-focused environment.

The post holder will manage a personal patient caseload while providing clinical leadership and supervision to practice educators, graduate podiatrists and podiatry students on placement. As Clinical Lead, the post holder will ensure the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred podiatry services, contribute to the ongoing development of student-led clinics, and uphold the highest standards of clinical governance, quality and accountability. They will play a key part in enhancing placement capacity, clinical teaching approaches, service innovation, research activity, staff development and inter-professional learning, aligned with the University’s educational mission.

This post is subject to a background disclosure check by the Disclosure and Barring Service before any appointment can be confirmed.
