The Opportunity
We are seeking an Investor Coverage Manager to own and manage investor relationships across our global network. This role is about strategic relationship coverage: understanding investor mandates, ensuring consistent engagement, and positioning the right opportunities to the right capital.
You will be responsible for daily investor conversations (12–16 calls), mapping coverage across family offices, venture firms, and institutions, while executing disciplined follow-up and relationship management. Unlike pure outreach roles, this position emphasizes coverage depth, mandate alignment, and strategic follow-up, ensuring no investor relationship goes cold.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow a portfolio of active investor relationships
* Conduct structured discovery calls to understand mandates, sector focus, and portfolio strategy
* Act as a consistent point of contact for investors, ensuring they remain engaged with Evvolve
* Execute disciplined follow-up sequences to keep investors warm and engaged
* Ensure all calls, notes, and mandates are logged accurately in the CRM
* Track and manage coverage to avoid lapses in engagement
* Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to align investor mandates with curated opportunities
* Provide structured investor feedback to improve positioning and outreach
* Support partners on priority mandates by warming and preparing investors ahead of strategic conversations
* Leverage and expand your own investor relationships into the Evvolve network
* Represent Evvolve credibly across calls, events, and industry interactions
Qualifications
* 4–7 years of experience in Investor Relations, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fundraising, or Capital Markets
* Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with senior investors
* Track record of consistent investor coverage (10+ calls daily or 50+ per week)
* Strong written and verbal communication; able to build trust quickly
* Experience with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management
* Existing investor network strongly preferred
