We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR Adviser to join our client’s team based in Lanarkshire. This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site, with regular travel throughout central Scotland. A full UK driving licence is required, though a vehicle can be provided. You’ll work closely with operational managers and site teams to foster a strong people-first culture and promote best practice across all areas of HR. The Role: As HR Adviser, you’ll play a key role in delivering practical, hands-on support across a wide range of HR functions, including: * Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence cases * Supporting managers with performance and capability concerns * Overseeing recruitment and onboarding activities * Assisting in the development and rollout of HR policies * Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal procedures * Taking part in key HR projects across the organisation What We’re Looking For: * Experience in a similar HR advisory role * Solid understanding of UK employment legislation * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Scotland What’s on Offer: * Salary of around £35,000, depending on experience * A secure, long-term role with room for development * A collaborative and supportive team environment
