Maintenance Engineer Location: Hereford Shifts: Rotating 3-Shift Pattern * Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00 * Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00 * Week 3: 22:00 – 06:00 Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 About the Company Our client is a well-established and highly respected business based in Hereford, known for their excellent working environment, strong team culture and long-term employee retention. Due to continued success and investment, they are looking to welcome an experienced Maintenance Engineer to their team. The Role As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, repairing and improving machinery across the site. You will work as part of a skilled engineering team, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable and efficient. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out planned, reactive and preventative maintenance * Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults * Repairing and servicing site machinery and equipment * Mechanical Pump/Plastics Experience (ideal, but not essential) * Ensuring minimal downtime and supporting production output * Completing maintenance records and following site procedures * Supporting continuous improvement activities * Working safely and following all site H&S guidelines About You We are looking for a motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer with: * Mechanical & Electrical engineering experience (multi-skilled) * Background working in a production or manufacturing environment (ideal) * Experience with pumps beneficial, but not essential * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to work a rotating 3-shift pattern Engineers with long-term mechanical & Electrical maintenance experience will also be considered.
