Well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor, operating across the South West and Midlands, is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor to support the delivery of ongoing residential housing infrastructure works in the Stroud area. The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality groundworks, highways, drainage and infrastructure packages for major housebuilders and developers, with a clear focus on safety, quality and programme delivery. The Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and management of residential groundworks packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. The role will suit a hands-on Site Supervisor or Site Manager with strong civils and housing infrastructure experience.
